Sheila Bryant

Managing Director, Client Experiences

  • What’s the greatest bit of advice someone has given you?
  • My father with his wise words, “Shut up and listen.” We have all heard it, but if we take that advice, for what it is, it takes us far in all areas of life. It applies to everything, listening is so important.
  • If you could have any superhero power for a day, what would you choose?
  • Eidetic/photographic memory, especially as I get older. This would really help.
  • What do you enjoy doing to relieve stress?
  • I am remembering more to fire up my sense of humor. It feels so good to laugh and laughter instantly put things in perspective and offers a much needed connection with those around you.
  • If you could have dinner with anyone, dead or alive, who would it be?
  • Charles Bukowski. He was so passionate about everything. No matter what card he was dealt, he played it. He was in it 100%.
  • What was the first concert you ever went to?
  • My grandmother took me to a Kenny Rogers concert and made me walk up on stage and give him a rose.
  • What is your favorite part of working at mg?
  • The culture of the company, because it is a good representation of my own beliefs. Everyone at mg is passionate about what they do and what their client’s represent. My absolute favorite thing about mg is that silliness and humor are tolerated and not frowned upon and the mutual understanding we all have that every employee’s ideas or input offer value.
  • Name something about yourself that surprises people.
  • I was an extra in the Blues Brothers movie. An orphan. If you blink you will miss me, but it is a pretty cool claim to fame, especially being a native Chicagoan.
